When do I need to replace my filter?
With built-in RF-ID, the filter will automatically remind you when it reaches the maximum dust capacity. Please change the filter following the instruction manual. To purchase a replacement filter, please visit here.
How do I connect my Fjord to APP/Homekit/Google Home/Alexa?

How can I reset/restart my Fjord?
Power reset: turn off the Fjord, then unplug the cord for 30 seconds to re-connect and turn on again. Wi-Fi reset: on the home screen, right swipe till you see the Wi-Fi icon, press the icon, then the reset button. The Wi-Fi will reset when the indicator on the screen starts blinking. Which countries will my Fjord work in?
Devices will always be delivered with the correct voltage in your region. If you move, please refer to the sticker on the machine to make sure which input voltage the device requires.
Why can’t I find the Fjord on my APP?
The connection only works under 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, please check your Wi-Fi setting. What should I do if the touchscreen is unresponsive? Please power-reset your Fjord to try again. If the problem still exists, please contact us.
Where should I place my air purifier?
Please make sure that your device is in a room that fits our recommended size for the best purification efficiency. Please do not place the device in a corner too close to back walls to prevent air blockage, some extra room around the device would help you clean the room air better.
My Fjord is connected to the power socket but it doesn’t work.
Please check your cable connection first, try re-connecting the cable to test again. If you still can’t turn on the Fjord, please contact us.
