Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of payment. Orders made during promotional periods and special sales events may lead to longer shipping times, at the discretion of Jya. In such cases, customers will be informed in advance.
All goods are inspected and sealed before delivery to avoid damage.
No-restocking fee will be charged to the consumers in the event a product is returned.
Jya will always keep you updated on your order status via email. Orders cannot be canceled once they have left our warehouse.
Free standard shipping is available on jyalife.com.Free standard shipping is usually available on all Jya Fjord and Jya Fjord Pro air purifier purchases. We do not deliver to P.O. box addresses.

You can view delivery costs at checkout, on the Order Confirmation email, and by checking your order status on the website. Courier Delivery cost includes tip.
We only charge delivery costs for the first shipping.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is calculated based on the shipping address and the shipping method chosen. The following options can be selected during checkout:
Standard Shipping (2-3 business days processing time + 3-5 business days delivery)
Shipping Courier: UPS
Please note that delivery dates are estimates only. Additional charges may be added for shipping addresses in remote locations. We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Due to Covid-19, there may be additional delays on delivery.
Returns or Replacement
We offer a no-questions-asked 14-day return or replacement policy, starting on the day the order is received.
To be eligible for a no-questions-asked return or replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please contact our Customer Support to begin a return or exchange. Returns sent back without notice may not be honored.
Once your item return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If the item is in like-new condition and includes the original packaging, your no-questions-asked return will be approved. Your refund will be processed through your original method of payment.
Where is my refund/replacement?
Once your refund is approved, it may take several days for the payment to post to your bank account or credit card. If you have returned your Jya product but haven’t received your refund after several days, please contact your bank or credit card company.

No restocking fee to be charged for the returns or replacements.
For replacements or exchanges, shipping times will vary depending upon region of delivery.
If you are returning a Jya product valued at over 50 EUR, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for packages lost on the way to us.
Events Beyond Reasonable Control
Neither party will be responsible for any delay or failure to comply with these terms if the delay or failure arises from any cause beyond their reasonable control (wars, natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, etc.).
